At Beacon Prosthetics & Orthotics we encourage our patients and their caregivers to attend an amputee support group in our area. The goal of these groups is to provide a positive atmosphere for open conversation and expression. These groups usually address common questions and concerns that the attendees may have and allow a good forum for feedback. These groups also provide an excellent outlet for sharing personal experiences and triumphs.
